Saturday morning timetable:
10am Adult Barre - A full body workout using ballet and pilates principles gentle yet effective. Stretch and stengthening exercises in a fun and positive environment. A good place to start if interested in starting a dance class. Happy hour at the barre!
11.15am Adult Ballet - General level. Open to all abilities and experience. We've had a long break from the studio so it's back to basics and back to working on posture, strength, flexibility, musicality performance and balance. All with a smile on your face. Sounds easy, right? You don't need to be a pro to give it a go!
12.30pm. Adult Tap Dance - Tap those troubles away. Find your rhythm, find your beat. It doesn't matter if it's not the same as everyone else's as long as you give it a try. You'll be amazed at how addictive tap can be. You'll often see tappers dancing down the shopping aisles at tesco or waiting for a bus or between meetings at work. It's fun, it's a new challenge, it makes your brain connect to your feet and it's also a great way to meet new friends. It's worth giving it a try.
The best thing of all we love small class sizes so that each and every student gets individual attention and tuition. It's like a small dance family. We love dance and we love to teach. Limited spaces are available in each class. Never miss a chance to dance!
