You don't need to be a pro to give it a go! Adult classes 4 week taster sessions THIS July.

Saturday morning timetable:

10am Adult Barre - A full body workout using ballet and pilates principles gentle yet effective. Stretch and stengthening exercises in a fun and positive environment. A good place to start if interested in starting a dance class. Happy hour at the barre!

11.15am Adult Ballet - General level. Open to all abilities and experience. We've had a long break from the studio so it's back to basics and back to working on posture, strength, flexibility, musicality performance and balance. All with a smile on your face. Sounds easy, right? You don't need to be a pro to give it a go!

12.30pm. Adult Tap Dance - Tap those troubles away. Find your rhythm, find your beat. It doesn't matter if it's not the same as everyone else's as long as you give it a try. You'll be amazed at how addictive tap can be. You'll often see tappers dancing down the shopping aisles at tesco or waiting for a bus or between meetings at work. It's fun, it's a new challenge, it makes your brain connect to your feet and it's also a great way to meet new friends. It's worth giving it a try.

The best thing of all we love small class sizes so that each and every student gets individual attention and tuition. It's like a small dance family. We love dance and we love to teach. Limited spaces are available in each class. Never miss a chance to dance!

Great news! We are finally able to open our studio doors it’s been a long time and we have missed you guys so much Our summer camp for students aged 3-10 will go ahead from 5th-9th July. Unfortunately we have limited numbers per group however we have two sessions.

Morning 10-12pm

Afternoon 1-3pm

Each session will be divided into two groups.

Group 1: 3-6years

Group 2: 7-10 years.

The Kildare Academy of Dance celebrates their 10th Anniversary with their version of the well known and much loved ballet The Nutcracker.

With its colourful costumes, dreamlike score, and memorable roles, "The Nutcracker" Ballet is a Christmas classic. This fantastic tale of a toy soldier come to life has been delighting audiences for more than 125 years. For many youngsters, it is also their first introduction to the world of classical music and ballet.

WEDNESDAY 18TH & THURSDAY 19th DEC at 7.30pm.

Two days of Halloween Dance Camp. Ballet, Modern, Hip hop & Tap dancing with plenty of fun and games. No dance experience necessary. Fancy dress is optional.

Tuesday & Wednesday 10-2pm both days.

As part of our 10 year celebrations some of our senior students will be performing The Nutcracker on Wed 19th & Thurs 20th Dec ‘18. This production will be performed locally at The Moat Theatre, Naas and we look forward to seeing you there. Tickets are NOW on sale via the Moat Box office 045 883030. To all of our younger students this is a great opportunity to see our senior dancers on stage. The Nutcracker is magical and child friendly and will inspire them for their own ballet classes.

There will be NO classes on or during these dates. Sunday classes will not have a Midterm Break due to Nutcracker rehearsals. Happy Halloween x
